Lsc College Magazine. For this Front cover i used photoshop. In General i found photoshop much more easier to use. I also feel that my college magazine looks better.
Lsc College Magazine contents page. Personally i didn't like indesign as i found it much more difficult to use. Also my contents page isn't the best looking, however i felt that i did well in making the contents page.

  1. Yes I like the front cover and contents as the colour scheme matches and there is a good use of images. I think that some of the colours fit the theme however I would have used a different colour scheme as some of the colours clash. I think that the pictures fit the theme as they as they are related to the college theme; which is what the magazine is about. I would buy this magazine for £1 as the teasers make it interesting. I would improve the magazine by including a variety of pictures on the contents page (3/4) that link to the features to make it more captivating.

  3. 1.) Yes, because the image relate to your magazine and the target audience.
2.) Not really because the colours is too bright which do not really contrasts along with the layout. However, you used different colours scheme which made your magazine stand out and eye-catching.
3.) Yes, because it link to your magazine and the target audience as you used a students to model for your magazine. Also it has a good shot-type and angle shot which I find it very effective.
4.) I would buy this magazine around £1 so it is affordable for students
5.) You could maybe add more teasers/cover lines in the front cover so it'll attract the audience more, also try use different fonts style so it do not look too simplicity.

  4. 1) I like the front cover and contents page because of the use of colours and lighter-themed typography. It is quite youthful and therefore appeals to students.
    2) However, I do think that some of typography is a little too bright and seems to contrast.
    3) The pictures do fit the theme because they show a creative side and you have portrayed the college as cretaive.
4)I would buy the magazine for £1.50- £2.00
    5)Alter the colour sheme
